Affordable Care Act, Obamacare Disaster!

Obamacare, ACA, Trumpcare

Special interest groups protest in support of Obamacare in New York on Jan. 30, 2017

President Donald Trump and the Republican party are right about Obamacare it was a disaster. It's like a Pyramid Scam that was pushed to the public for special interest groups. Insurance companies are jumping ship and are hiking prices. Obama and the democrats penalized healthy people for being healthy.

Now, the Trump administration is on its way to fix this mess and the dishonest media, democrats and liberals are ganging up on him about the death of Affordable Care Act despite being in the office in less than a month. Really how can you fix that garbage in less than a month?

Trump officials wants to remove some grace periods that insurance companies say are being gamed by savvy individuals. One idea would clamp down on people who are late on their payments. Another would tighten the requirement that people show documentation of a life event (such as marriage, birth or change in employment status) before being allowed to enroll outside of the open enrollment period. This may result in lower premiums and persuade insurance companies to stay in the exchanges.

Trump was right when he said that: "Obamacare is a complete and total disaster," Trump said. "It's imploding as we sit."

He said that people who buy Obamacare plans are being strained by rising premiums and sky-high deductibles.

"And '17 is going to be the bad year, it's going to be catastrophic," Trump said.

He also said that "We could sit back and watch, and wait, and criticize, and we could be a Chuck Schumer," Trump said, referring to the Democratic Senate majority leader who has warned Republicans they will be responsible politically for any replacement plan. "And people would come, they would come begging us, 'Please, we have to do something about Obamacare.'"

"We don't want to own it politically, they own it right now," Trump said of the Democrats.

"So the easiest thing would be to let it implode in '17, and believe me we'd get pretty much whatever we want but it would take a long time," Trump said.

Obamacare's the Democrats' problem," he said. "We're going to take the problem off the shelves for them."

Taxpayers To Pay $90 billion in the 1st Year Under Hillary Clinton's proposal

Obamacare, Hillary Clinton healthcare, Trumpcare

If Hillary Clinton is to win the presidency and if her proposal to provide families a tax credit to help them pay for premiums, deductibles and coinsurance analyst said the taxpayers have to shell out an additional $90 billion in the first year.

The democrat leaning Commonwealth Fund RAND Corporation published a report of the Hillary's health agenda on Friday along with it is Donald Trump's proposal to repeal the Affordable Care Act. President Barrack Obama's health-care law has been dogged with low enrollment and majority of the big insurers are dropping participation in the exchanges because of the cost that they are incurring. Experts argue that the markets are fundamentally unstable.

The analysis show that both proposals has negative and positives. Clinton's proposal will be able to expand coverage, but only by supporting the major insurance company with substantial and expensive new subsidies from tax money. Trump on the other hand don't have the same number of people who will be covered but it his plan will make it more affordable, by allowing full competition in this market. Also, no person should be required to buy insurance unless he or she wants to under Trump's plan.

Donald Trump Health Care Reform Plan ( TrumpCare )

Donald Trump Health Care Reform Plan, Trumpcare, care

Donald Trump has repeatedly promised that he will not let people die on the streets. Today he has released his Trumpcare health care reform plan. His aim is to broaden the access of health care to the people. He is also for abolishing the individual mandate, which under Obamacare requires all Americans to have health insurance.

Donald Trump laid out his plan to reform the U.S. health care system after repeatedly pledging to repeal and replace Obamacare with something much better.

He posted his seven-point plan on his website (https://www.donaldjtrump.com/positions/healthcare-reform). Besides, scrapping the individual health insurance mandate he also promised to allow competition over states lines for health care plans, and block grant Medicaid to the states, this will let them follow through on his prescription to "eliminate fraud, waste and abuse to preserve our precious resources."

He will also make individual health insurance premium payments fully tax deductible.

His plan clearly is in line with conservatives. He will also "reduce the number of individuals needing access to programs like Medicaid." "The best social program has always been a job and taking care of our economy will go a long way towards reducing our dependence on public health programs."

His plan also requires "price transparency" to let patients to "shop and find the best prices" for their medical care and removing the barriers to entry that currently make it more difficult for cheaper drugs from overseas to enter the American health care market.

He also calls for "reform our mental health programs and institutions in this country. Families, without the ability to get the information needed to help those who are ailing, are too often not given the tools to help their loved ones. There are promising reforms being developed in Congress that should receive bi-partisan support."
